TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Products included in the Money Back Guarantee Promo are Colgate® Sensitive Pro-Relief™ 110g, 30g and Colgate® Sensitive Pro-Relief™ Whitening 110g variants.
- The products must be purchased within the Promo Period, September 1 to December 31, 2011, evidenced by original official receipt from store.
- Refund shall only be applicable to purchases made during the promo period.
- Products must be used as directed in order to provide Instant Relief to tooth sensitivity.
- To claim refund please send a written statement (of no less than 15 words) explaining why you feel Colgate®Sensitive Pro-Relief™ toothpaste did not satisfy in relieving you of your sensitivity. Downloadable form also available for application.
- Please include the original official receipt and the unused portion of the product (should be at least 50% of the original content), together with your complete name, address and contact number and send to Colgate® Sensitive Pro-Relief™ Money Back Guarantee CPPI PO Box 2700, Manila.
- Applicants will be refunded their purchase price, as evidenced by the official receipt, up to a maximum value of PHP 160.00 plus second class postage.
- The accompanying original official receipt will not be returned to the sender.
- Photocopied receipts will not be accepted.
- All refunds will be made by cheque, in the name of the sender.
- Please allow 28 days for cheque delivery from receipt of submission by CPPI.
- Cheques will only be made payable to the person whose name appears on the application.
- Offer only open to Philippine residents aged 18 or over.
- Applicants are only eligible to claim for a refund once.
- Only one application per household will be accepted.
- No bulk or third party applications will be accepted.
